Job summary

Nordea is seeking a senior project leader to drive large-scale post-trade migration initiatives within its Trading & Custody Services. You will own end-to-end delivery across regulatory, market-mandatory, and strategic change programmes in the Nordics, coordinating across multi-country teams and senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management and transparent reporting, with the opportunity to shape major capital markets infrastructure over the coming years.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, large-scale change initiatives end-to-end, ideally within financial services.
• Strong track record in regulatory or market-mandatory projects.
• Solid knowledge of securities markets, custody and post-trade processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior level.
• Experience working in cross-border or multi-country environments.
• A real understanding of regulatory, market infrastructure and industry transformation trends shaping capital markets.
• The ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end post-trade migration initiatives with full accountability for delivery, risk and stakeholder alignment
• Driving complex, large-scale projects in line with the TCS change roadmap and regulatory timelines
• Acting as a senior, active member of a cross-border change team
• Establishing strong governance structures, managing risks and dependencies, and reporting transparently to senior forums
