Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Resource Manager to own our body leasing operations, optimize consultant allocation, drive high utilization, and strengthen contractor retention. You will shape the end-to-end resource allocation process to ensure project continuity and profitability.

In this hybrid role you will lead a small team, collaborate with Recruitment and Sales, report clear data on availability and KPIs, and implement process improvements across client engagements and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resource management, staffing, or resource allocation within a services/ IT environment.
• Experience leading a team and managing KPIs like utilization and retention.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to coordinate across Recruitment and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation and planning: Optimize consultant and contractor distribution to projects to maximize right-fit matching.
• KPI ownership: Drive utilization and retention metrics and improve results.
• Project continuity: Manage transitions between projects and maintain bench and uptime.
• Contractor relationship management: Maintain regular communication and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Process optimization: Improve allocation processes and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Team management: Lead and develop the Resource Management team.
• Reporting and data management: Provide reliable data on availability and KPIs for centralization in the operational system.
