Marsh is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of employee engagement projects within a data-driven environment. You will coordinate between Operations, consultants and clients, driving scope, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high standards and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project management, strong data literacy, fluent English, and experience with multinational teams. Hybrid work model with office presence required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in project management or coordination.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between Operations, consultants and clients.
• Develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple employee engagement projects.
• Define scope, lead client calls, create/update plans.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, dependencies, and reports.
• Provide recommendations on timelines and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and high service standards.
