Job summary

Raiffeisen Tech GmbH seeks an AI Developer to design, configure, and deploy low-code AI tools and automation solutions. This role blends hands-on implementation with stakeholder consulting, focusing on prompt pipelines, automation scripts, and API integrations.

You will evaluate platform connections with internal and external tools, support MCP environments, and contribute to scalable automation templates and reusable components for teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or practical equivalent.
• Experience in automation engineering, low-code/no-code tooling, scripting, or related development work.
• Strong understanding of prompt pipelines, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and modern AI-enabled tooling.
• Experience supporting MCP-related setups is a plus.
• Ability to build reusable templates and clear technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy low-code AI tools to support business and operational use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain prompt pipelines, automation scripts, and API integrations.
• Evaluate and implement integrations between platforms and tools for scalable workflows.
• Support MCP environments and related tooling.
• Develop reusable templates and automation components for recurring use cases.
• Standardize solution components for consistent implementation across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation quality, usability, and efficiency.
• Document solutions clearly and structure handover materials for teams.
• Communicate progress and technical considerations to stakeholders.
