Job summary

Arbex in Krakow is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Specialist with Hebrew language proficiency. The role is a fixed-term contract (12-18 months) with hybrid working days Sunday to Thursday.

You will manage procurement operations, build relationships with internal customers, and drive process improvements across POs, PRs, and supplier interactions. Requirements include a university degree, 1–2 years experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Hebrew (Hebrew essential).

Qualifications

• University graduate with 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew at least B2; Hebrew is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and understand their needs.
• Identify operating issues, implement sustainable solutions, document changes in SOPs, and ensure timely handovers.
• Perform accuracy checks, ensure PRs are complete, release POs on time, and track unconverted PRs with reasons.
• Lead regular catch-ups with internal customers and share reports like PO Confirmation and Not delivered on time POs.
• Identify and resolve PO approval issues and assist with invoice discrepancies linked to POs.
• Serve as the point of contact for transactional queries and support testing of new tools.
