Job summary

Jacobs is expanding the Scheduling Team within its Global Design Center in Krakow and seeks experienced planners to join the team as Planner. The role involves building schedules, coordinating multi-discipline input, and identifying delays with mitigation plans.

You will highlight Critical Path, risks, and opportunities, while coordinating interfaces across project disciplines and handling technical, financial, and staffing data. A hybrid office option is available.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience in engineering work processes.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities.
• Collecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the schedule.
• Identification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation plan.
• Highlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team.
• Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines.
• Processing technical, financial and staffing information.
