Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Global Design Center in Krakow and is hiring a Planner to join the Scheduling Team. You will create schedules, analyze activity relationships, and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to keep projects on track.

The role requires engineering education, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. The position offers full-time work with hybrid onsite/offices flexibility at our Krakow location.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Independent, proactive and accurate with strong analytical skills.
• Higher education in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience in engineering work processes.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities.
• Collecting multi-disciplinary input to update the schedule.
• Identifying delays and preparing mitigation plans.
• Highlighting Critical Path, risks and opportunities to senior project teams.
• Coordinating progress and interfaces between project disciplines.
• Processing technical, financial and staffing information.
