• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in financial processes or project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules and project controls data in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP and other project management tools.
• Complete schedule-related requests and deliverables from Project Managers and other partners.
• Analyze and review schedule data to support quality and compliance with project controls standards.
• Perform schedule analysis, planning reviews, progress assessment, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, and project controls metrics for project teams and ad hoc analyses.
• Support development and governance of scheduling practices and workshops to enhance partner engagement and compliance.
• Mentor junior schedulers on scheduling principles, tools, and project controls best practices.
