Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is expanding its Global Design Center in Kraków and Warsaw and seeking a Document Control Specialist.

The role involves creating and implementing document control procedures, supporting project setup, and maintaining documentation for clients and contractors. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of progressive experience in a project or technical environment, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a project or technical environment is an asset.
• Understanding of Document Control, Document Management, and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement document control procedures and project setup.
• Follow enterprise or business group document control procedures.
• Control of documentation and adherence to document control processes.
• Generate transmittals, cover letters, and issue documents to clients and contractors.
• Coordinate with Clients'/Contractors' Document Control Team; adjust quality processes as needed.
• Organize training sessions for project teams and support CDE users.
• Prepare reports and assist with HS&E and quality audit documentation.
• Support project close-out.
