Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services in Krakow is seeking a Project Specialist to support the planning and delivery of HR/IT projects. You will lead and support end-to-end project execution, aligning with business objectives and governance frameworks.

You bring 2–4 years of project delivery experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management, with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile or similar certification. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to influence global processes.

Qualifications

2–4 years of project management support experience (PMO/transformation)
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
Exposure to PMO/Transformation Office, HR, or business projects is a plus
PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum are desirable

Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end delivery of HR/IT projects from initiation to closure.
Develop charters, scope documents, timelines, workplans, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor progress and address issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
Coordinate with sponsors and cross-functional teams; facilitate meetings and updates.
Ensure alignment between business needs and delivery outputs.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain governance logs.
Track KPIs, milestones, budget, and outcomes; clarify roles and deliverables.
