Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań is seeking a Partner Support Specialist in the Partner Activation and Development Team. You will provide omnichannel support to resolve reported issues and help partners grow on the platform.

The role combines customer experience expertise with mentoring, using AI-powered tools to boost efficiency, and includes night shifts and weekend coverage as part of an equivalent working time system.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive business advisory or Customer Experience, with a focus on supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• You will be an Advisor providing comprehensive, omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) to resolve reported issues.
• You will have access to analytical and technological tools to anticipate potential challenges and initiate contact to solve them.
• Your work will include both inbound and outbound calls.
• You will act as a mentor and advisor, guiding Partners on growth and business scaling paths (e.g., account settings optimization, export expansion) and providing recommendations on the best business opportunities for them on the platform.
• You will actively participate in improving Customer Experience operations.
