Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator to support the Partner Programs team in expanding international sales and streamlining processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives across CE-3 markets. The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder communication, and data-driven recommendations, with an office-first Warsaw-based setup and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Polish at native level.
• Experience in project, program, operations, or process coordination.
• Interest in e-commerce and international marketplace development.
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project operational support: Execute defined tasks within Partner Programs to support international growth and seller experience.
• Documentation management: Organize meeting notes, roadmaps, progress reports and ensure accuracy.
• Reporting & analysis: Maintain team reporting, analyze data and translate insights into process improvements.
