Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań is seeking an Advisor to provide omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) and resolve reported issues using analytical tools.

You will engage in inbound and outbound calls, mentor partners on growth, and help improve Customer Experience operations while leveraging AI-powered tools. Polish and English fluency are required, and you will work a two-shift system with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive business advisory or Customer Experience.
• Fluent Polish, good command of English, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) to resolve reported issues.
• Mentor Partners on growth and business scaling paths and recommend opportunities on the platform.
• Actively participate in improving Customer Experience operations.
