Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań is seeking a Partner Support Specialist in the Partner Activation and Development Team. You will provide omnichannel support to resolve reported issues and help partners grow on the platform.

The role combines customer experience expertise with mentoring, using AI-powered tools to boost efficiency, and includes night shifts and weekend coverage as part of an equivalent working time system.

Your main responsibilities:

You will be an Advisor providing comprehensive, omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) to resolve reported issues.

You will have access to analytical and technological tools to anticipate potential challenges and initiate contact to solve them.

Your work will include both inbound and outbound calls.

You will act as a mentor and advisor, guiding Partners on growth and business scaling paths (e.g., account settings optimization, export expansion) and providing recommendations on the best business opportunities for them on the platform.

You will actively participate in improving Customer Experience operations.

Have experience in proactive business advisory or Customer Experience, with a focus on supporting sales targets.

Enjoy client interaction, possess strong communication skills, and easily build relationships.

Are ready to work in an equivalent working time system (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).

Are fluent in spoken and written Polish, have a good command of English, and want to use it in client communication.

Two-shift work in an equivalent working time system from Monday to Sunday - 4/1 work model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) plus 30 days of occasional remote work.
