Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide architecture and delivery of Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with Technical Architects, mentor junior developers, and own design decisions to accelerate development cycles.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, implement TDD practices, monitor production, and ensure robust performance. The role combines technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions using Apex.
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and TDDS.
Proven track record leading teams and delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Technical Architects to design and lead Salesforce implementations.
Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using middleware solutions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce best coding practices.
Mentor junior developers and drive team velocity and delivery.
Present technical solutions to customers and manage client expectations.
Provide technical leadership to resolve impediments and coordinate teamwork.
