Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an L3 specialist to act as the Tier-3/SME for Enterprise Collaboration. You will resolve major incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage Microsoft 365 Collaboration services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) within an ITIL-aligned framework.

Great emphasis on security, access controls (Entra ID), and robust documentation. English proficiency and French at B1 are required; MS-102/SC-300/ITIL foundations are preferred.

The Role

As an L3 specialist, you are the technical escalation point (Tier-3/SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You resolve major and complex incidents, drive root‑cause analysis and durable fixes, and administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality. The role combines deep Collaboration expertise (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) with collaboration platform administration (Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls) within an ITIL‑aligned operational model.

Key Skills

• Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams (meetings/voice), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
• Strong Identity & Access fundamentals: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; PIM a plus); Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) a plus
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; structured troubleshooting; excellent documentation habits
• ITIL practices: Incident / Problem / Change; RCA mindset; stakeholder communication

Languages

• English: professional working proficiency required
• French: B1 minimum
