Job summary

Orifarm is seeking an IT Project Manager in Warsaw to lead end-to-end IT initiatives that align with business strategy and deliver tangible value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and scope, and drive governance, risk, and change processes to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of IT project management experience, with strong English skills and a focus on delivering sustainable organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, or Change Management.
• 3+ years of relevant professional IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs within governance framework.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align business, IT, and strategic priorities.
• Establish project plans, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and governance decisions.
• Drive adoption, change management, and organizational readiness for sustainable value realization.
• Coordinate PMO processes, reporting, and governance forums to support portfolio delivery.
