Job summary

Orifarm is seeking a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure to lead a Poland-based team of engineers across on-premise, cloud, and networking. You will drive strategic initiatives, balance day-to-day operations with development, and move towards a Zero Trust architecture while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

You will own the infrastructure platform, oversee cloud migration, and establish robust monitoring and automation to improve reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with servers/virtualisation, networking and cloud (Azure).
• Experience in regulated industries (GxP/pharma) or equivalent.
• Ability to close skill gaps and build team capability.
• Fluent English in working environment; Polish language valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8 IT infrastructure engineers across on-premise, cloud, and networking.
• Own and operate server infrastructure, virtualization and networking across locations.
• Drive the cloud roadmap (Azure primary) and migration of workloads.
• Establish monitoring, observability and alerting as a managed capability.
• Lead infrastructure automation and scripting to improve reliability.
• Own IT Asset Management and CMDB maturity in scope of NIS2.
• Drive Zero Trust across identity, network and endpoint.
