Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an Invoicing and Export Documentation Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers insight into end-to-end value chains in a global business and the chance to contribute to sustainable, renewables-focused operations.

You will manage domestic and export invoicing, prepare export documents, handle stock transfers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in invoicing and document management or other Order To Cash roles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while handling tasks independently.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with WSS, OTM, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud and Basware is beneficial.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for domestic and export invoicing of sawn timber and by-products.
• Create invoices (invoice, proforma) and invoices for by-products (wood chips, wood dust).
• Handle credit notes.
• Prepare and review export documents (letter of credit, cash against documents, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, other certificates on demand).
• Be responsible for eArchiving of documents.
• Handle stock transfers.
• Calculate annual discounts for customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
