Job summary

UPM is seeking a Specialist, Invoicing and Export Documentation to join the Supply Chain team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will manage domestic and export invoicing for sawn timber and by-products, create various invoices, and handle export documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, experience in invoicing/OTC, strong collaboration and organizational skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in invoicing and document management or similar Order To Cash roles.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Experience with WSS, OTM, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud or Basware is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for domestic and export invoicing of sawn timber and by-products.
• Create invoices (invoice, proforma), create invoices for by-products (wood chips, wood dust), create miscellaneous invoices.
• Handle credit notes.
• Prepare and review export documents (letter of credit, cash against documents, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, other certificates on demand).
• Be responsible of eArchiving of documents.
• Handle Stock transfers.
• Calculate annual discounts for customers.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.
