Job summary

EX goes beyond video technology to empower publishers with a comprehensive platform. We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Support Team Lead to guide a team of Technical Support Engineers who back EX.CO customers and collaborate across Customer Success, Engineering and AdOps.

You’ll implement efficient, automated workflows, triage complex issues, and drive quality through SOPs and strong leadership. You’ll oversee onboarding, platform configurations, and monitoring to ensure smooth launches

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience managing a team of Technical Support Engineers or similar
• Hands-on JavaScript debugging ability (DevTools) with solid CSS and HTML
• Experience creating and running automated workflows and developer tools using AI
• Experience with AI agents and intelligent bots for workflow automation
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as Datadog, Groundcover, Logz.io
• Strong production mindset; comfortable in production environments and reading API responses (JSON/XML)
• Experience with Git and basic Git workflows
• Proven ability to build processes, manage priorities and drive high-quality execution
• Excellent English and clear communication across time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers including hiring and onboarding
• Own workload, priorities, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Oversee client onboarding and day-to-day operations for smooth launches
• Handle complex escalations and hands-on debugging of production issues
• Create and run automated workflows and developer tools using AI
• Leverage AI agents and intelligent bots for workflow automation
• Oversee platform configurations, content setup, and ad integrations with QA after launch
• Monitor system performance across platforms and flag anomalies
• Improve team processes, SOPs and knowledge base; seek automation opportunities
• Collaborate with Dev, AdOps, Product and CS to align priorities and gather feedback
• Own reporting and dashboards for KPIs, SLAs, ticket trends
• Work across time zones with cross-functional teams
