Job summary

INEOGroup seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead deployment, configuration and post-implementation support of our software solutions for customers. You will ensure smooth operation from initial setup to training and ongoing care.

The hybrid Warsaw-based role involves Windows Server, MS SQL, PowerShell, API testing, and Azure DevOps to automate deployments and maintain reliability. Fluent Polish and English are required, with 20–40% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role (implementer/ consultant/L2 support).
• Strong Windows Server and MS SQL Server administration knowledge.
• Good PowerShell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman/JMeter).
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Very good English (B2) and fluent Polish.
• Cat B driving license and 20–40% travel willingness.
• Independent thinking, strong communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to use AI tools securely (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Deployments and configuration of software in customer environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
• Prepare and parameterize environments (DEV/UAT/PROD) and integrations (REST/SQL/file).
• Create and update installation scripts and runbooks.
• Support testing (integration/UAT) and participate in API testing.
• Provide L2 technical support, diagnose issues, and escalate to dev team.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and automate tasks.
• Contribute to monitoring and observability tooling.
