Job summary

QVC Group in Kraków seeks a Workday People Analytics & Reporting Analyst to turn workforce data into reliable reports and insights. You’ll build and maintain Workday reporting resources, audit data processes, and advise HR teams on reporting best practices.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence at Wielicka 30, Kraków, ~3–5 times per month, with collaboration across global HR stakeholders to deliver accurate dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in reporting, with 1-2 years building Workday reports.
• Experience analyzing HR data across attrition, payroll, and compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to tell data stories with visuals.
