Job summary

IMI plc is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across functions. You will deliver end-to-end HR support for the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the international HR community.

You will partner with local and global teams, drive engagement, and ensure compliant HR practices. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field is preferred. Hybrid work options with international exposure are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR as a partner or within HR functions is expected.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support business goals with people solutions.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, change initiatives, and transformation programs.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and development activities.
• Ensure consistent HR policy application and compliance with employment law.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver services.
• Analyze people data to provide actionable insights.
