Edge Recruitment is representing an independent global brewer seeking a Global Security & Compliance Specialist in Kraków or hybrid. You will own delivery of security and compliance support across SAP SuccessFactors modules and act as custodian of global security standards, including Role-Based Permissions design and governance.

Ideal candidates have deep SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong HR tech understanding, excellent communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape.
• Translate access requirements into secure role designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Security & Compliance support across SAP SuccessFactors modules for all OpCos.
• Maintain global solution design for SuccessFactors security standards.
• Design, configure, and optimize Role‑Based Permissions (RBAC).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate access requirements into scalable role designs.
• Lead SOP reviews and RBP testing in incidents and changes.
• Drive improvements to the security model aligned with the global template.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and security governance across platforms.
