Job summary

Nestlé in Warsaw is seeking a Dedicated Fleet Specialist to optimize domestic and international transport operations. You will plan and execute transport using a dedicated FTL fleet, monitor end-to-end orders, and collaborate with THUB teams, factories, and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic and international transportation operations.
• Strong results-oriented mindset focused on transportation optimization.
• Ability to react quickly and identify alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• High level of autonomy, initiative, attention to detail, and effective work organization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI (experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is an advantage).
• Good command of English and French enabling effective communication in an international environment (knowledge of German or Spanish will be considered an asset).
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute transportation operations using a dedicated FTL fleet, with a strong focus on optimization (including cost optimization, reduction of empty mileage, monitoring driver and vehicle availability and working time, ensuring contractual service level performance, adjusting transport plans to internal stakeholders).
• Monitor transportation orders end-to-end from planning to unloading and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with THUB teams, factories, warehouses, and other business partners in transport planning and execution.
• Act as the main contact for factories, distribution centers, and THUB teams regarding domestic and international deliveries.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and carriers.
