Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company in Wrocław is seeking a Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases to join our Financial Control Team. You will ensure compliance, manage FA & Leases processes and oversee outsourcing partners to deliver accurate reporting.

You will apply SAP knowledge, leverage Power BI and Excel for analysis, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a multinational environment. This fixed-term, hybrid position reports to the Manager, Finance & Control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Assets & Leases accounting and reporting.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and compliance with internal controls, policies and legal requirements in accounting and reporting.
• Provide expertise in complex accounting, compliance and reporting matters to stakeholders and service providers.
• Oversee the outsourcing partner’s performance in the Fixed Assets & Leases processes, ensuring reporting quality and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of end-to-end Fixed Assets & Leases processes, reporting services, and tools.
• Participate in audit subject matter topics and support project/initatives for process development.
• Lead or support change initiatives and adoption of projects into processes.
