Job summary

Primient is seeking a Controllership Analyst in Lodz, Poland. You will handle key month-end roll forwards, support internal and external reporting, and assist in external audits. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, SAP experience, and fluent Polish and English.

You will engage with business partners to resolve accounting issues, uphold controls, and drive continuous improvements in processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Two+ years of best-practice General Ledger experience in an international organization.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of tables and reports used for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare key month-end roll forwards/analysis and reporting requests.
• Support month-end internal and external reporting.
• Assist in the main external annual corporate audit by providing requested data.
• Perform controllership review of BSAR accounts and RCM elements.
• Build strong relationships with business partners to manage accounting issues.
• Ensure quality controls are executed for reporting scope; drive process improvements.
