Job summary

UPM seeks a Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases, to join the Finance & Control team in Wroclaw. You will manage accounting quality, compliance, and reporting for fixed assets and leases, collaborating with stakeholders and service providers.

The role requires SAP F&A experience, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency. The position offers hybrid work in Wrocław and reports to the Manager, Finance & Control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SAP Fixed Assets & Leases is required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and compliance with internal controls, business rules, policies and legal requirements in accounting and reporting.
• Provide expertise in complex accounting, compliance and reporting matters to stakeholders and service providers.
• Oversee the outsourcing partner’s performance in Fixed Assets & Leases processes, ensuring reporting quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of end-to-end Fixed Assets & Leases processes and reporting tools.
• Support audit topics and respond to information requests as needed.
• Participate in projects and process development to enhance quality and adoption within processes.
