• Significant experience in employee and labor relations within multi-country regions.
• Strong knowledge of ER principles, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ability to interpret policies with local legal nuances and cultures.
• Proven experience handling complex workplace complaints with facts and policy.
• Analytical and problem solving skills to identify themes and preventive actions.
• Conflict resolution in highly complex settings with guidance for improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple sensitive matters and meet deadlines.
• Influence without authority and coaching on influencing skills.
• Advanced decision making and mentoring others in decisions.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and resolve complex employee relations matters including complaints and disputes.
• Collaborate with People & Labor Relations and escalations when needed.
• Guide employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through policy knowledge.
• Maintain confidential case documentation per company requirements.
• Support consistent application of global and local policies and practices.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
