EVERSANA, a global life sciences services provider, seeks a seasoned People Partner – Europe to support HR leadership across Europe. The role emphasizes strategic and operational HR, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle excellence.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in international HR, 5+ years as France HR Generalist, and fluency in English and French. This position offers a hybrid/remote work setup across multiple European countries.

Formación

• Mandatory 10 years of previous HR experience within an international environment.
• Mandatory 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in France, hands-on experience in managing full employment life-cycle.
• Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: France is mandatory, any of these countries would be highly appreciated: UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Finland.
• Fluent in English and French, any other European language will be a plus.
• Keen attention to detail, experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic, hands-on attitude, solution oriented.
• Flexible, adaptable, comfortable in dealing with change and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
• Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
• Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.
• Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws.
• Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
• Support international mobility and relocation processes.
• Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
• Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication.
• Demonstrate commitment to DE&I through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.
