796 ShopRunner Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an IT Support Tech to deliver desktop and application support across systems and policies. You will handle onboarding/offboarding IT tasks, assist with networking/hardware, and drive IT administration projects with automation and clear documentation.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support, Office365 experience, Python scripting, and strong English. Hybrid work in Poland offers growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computing or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 2–4 years in IT support & administration.
• Experience with Office365 and Cisco meeting rooms.
• Experience troubleshooting Apple, Dell, and Microsoft hardware.
• Experience with remote assistance tools.
• Experience writing Python scripts.
• Proficient English (speaking & writing).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and Windows/macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of requests and prioritize effectively.
• Work across time zones with team members.
• Provide first and second level desktop and application support to employees.
• Support onboarding/offboarding hardware and networking needs.
• Lead IT administration projects with supervisor input.
• Automate manual tasks and document processes.
• Test, analyze, and create thorough documentation.
