You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with owners and cross-functional teams to ensure service stability and timely migrations. English level B1-B2 required; ITIL is a plus, and collaboration with multiple tech teams is

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting enterprise applications in hybrid environments.
• Understanding of application operations and integrations.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple tech teams and stakeholders.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
• English level B1-B2.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for one or more business-critical applications.
• Handle operational issues, incidents, and user support.
• Coordinate activities with Application Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure service stability.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, lifecycle activities.
• Manage and optimize enterprise apps in hybrid environments.
• Monitor performance and drive service improvements.
