Job summary

Aon is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to deliver engaging programs for interns and emerging professionals. You will partner with program leaders, managers and partners to ensure programs run smoothly and provide a positive experience.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from the office, with opportunities to develop operations, communications, and data reporting skills across global talent programs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting internship, university, talent, learning, HR, recruitment, or employee development programs would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and administration of programs and initiatives for emerging professionals and internships.
• Create and manage program communications, newsletters, resources, and participant updates.
• Maintain program data, reports, dashboards, and survey results with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate orientations, learning sessions, networking events, and other virtual or in-person activities.
• Provide timely support to interns, managers, ambassadors, and stakeholders.
• Track key achievements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
