Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Krakow (Hybrid) to drive client adoption and value realization of Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management solutions. You will manage client relationships, guide success plans, and partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure alignment and ongoing client satisfaction.

• Held a similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Experienced in mapping success plans and delivering value.
• Strong communication with executive presence across client levels.
• Experience using Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Develops consultative relationships with clients and Sales/AM.
• Highly detail-oriented with multi-project management.
• Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.
• Committed to diversity, privacy, and security obligations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transition from implementation to Go-Live and support client self-sufficiency.
• Create a tailored success plan to secure client success and business initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring high satisfaction and value realization.
• Develop consultative relationships with each client and support solution planning with Sales/AM.
• Conduct regular meetings and recommend improvements for talent management workflows and configurations.
• Educate clients on self-service tools, release processes, and other programs for a strong partnership.
• Advise clients on process/system risks and propose mitigating solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales/AM to ensure alignment at all levels of the relationship.
