Job summary

VMLY&R in Warsaw is seeking a Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll craft engaging brand stories, collaborate with Art Directors, and develop bold ATL campaigns that connect with diverse audiences.

This role emphasizes storytelling, conceptual thinking, and presenting ideas to clients. Required are 2–5 years of agency copywriting experience, top-notch writing, Polish fluency and strong English (B2+).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Fluent Polish and good English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop fresh, creative campaign ideas based on client briefs.
• Write copy and create concepts for presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
• Participate in client meetings to align on the campaign vision.
• Revise work based on client feedback to stay aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate on digital and social media content with trend awareness.
