Job summary

Commerzbank AG in Łódź is seeking an Operation Engineer to support DocAI+ initiatives, scaling operational efficiency and protecting critical backend processes.

You will monitor availability and performance, manage incidents and changes, document IT issues, and drive automation across development, cloud and infrastructure teams while maintaining regulatory compliant, auditable records. The role offers hybrid work at Wersalska 6 Street.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Understanding of pipeline architecture.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the DocAI pipeline using X-Bank CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Monitor application availability, performance, and processing quality to ensure stable operations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Document IT issues and define effective workarounds where required.
• Support configuration, testing, and release validation for document-processing workflows.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of cloud operations processes.
• Coordinate deployments, changes, and service improvements across development, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain auditable operational records.
• Maintain deployment, monitoring, and incident response documentation.
