Job summary

Commerzbank AG in Łódź hosts the TalentBank Internship Program, seeking an Operations Engineer Intern to support daily operations, monitor environments, and learn processes and standards in a rapidly evolving IT/banking setting.

You will collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders in an agile, international environment, with flexible hours and an agenda to combine studies with hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT operations and application support.
• Linux/Unix basics.

Responsibilities

• Support daily application operations, monitoring and basic health checks of application environments.
• Support change, release and deployment activities by preparing documentation and following defined operational procedures.
• Help maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles and evidence required for audits or service reviews.
• Support automation of repetitive operational tasks using basic scripting where appropriate.
• Work with service management tools to track incidents, changes, tasks and operational requests.
• Collaborate with developers, operations engineers and business stakeholders in an agile and international environment.
