Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring an Onboarding Professional to support client onboarding and maintain high standards of service. The role emphasizes accurate account opening, documentation accuracy, and effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment while delivering superior customer service and resolving issues

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Documentation review and Account Maintenance.
• Experience with cash products is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under time pressure.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interaction, documentation issuance, reviews, and system setups.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all account opening functions and service.
• Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processing and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze complex issues and determine efficient work procedures.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes, regulations, and policies.
• Build close relationships with clients and internal teams for prompt responses.
• Pursue on-the-job training to gain end-to-end product knowledge.
• Understand and implement client requirements and new customer initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive process improvements.
• Operate with limited supervision and act as SME to stakeholders.
