Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a proactive professional to support onboarding for Cash Management products within Citi Treasury and Trade. You will manage customer interactions, documentation, and end-to-end account opening while coordinating with global partners.

The role requires 2–5 years in Banking Operations, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Finance, or related Cash management roles.
• Experience with client interaction and documentation review is preferred.
• Proficient in English; European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interaction, documentation issuance, reviews and system setups with diligence and organization.
• Ensure timely and accurate account opening functions (Onboarding and KYC) and superior service.
• Manage portfolio tasks and cross-functional relationships across internal teams.
