Job summary

Teltonika Security Systems in Warsaw is seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to strengthen our regional team. You will engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, drive a high-velocity sales pipeline, and present our security solutions across the domestic market.

This role blends outbound calls, online meetings, and occasional exhibitions with cross-functional collaboration to tailor offers and close contracts.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience.
• Good English language skills (spoken and written).
• Organized, results-oriented and motivated for B2B sales.
• Experience with security systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and online meetings with prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify market potential and growth opportunities through market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through daily contact, presentations, and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Security Systems and its products.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
