Responsibilities

• Lead audiovisual event planning across multiple events and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate information flow between fulfillment, creative, venues, vendors, and clients.
• Bridge between clients and creative teams; manage logistics, asset trackers, and budgets (POs, terms).
• Prepare onsite staff with Production Managers for successful execution in fast-paced environments.
• Travel 20-30% to be the face of Meeting Tomorrow at events and site visits.
