Job summary

Genpact, Kraków, is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A (AP) to process invoices, validate details, and ensure timely payments. The role involves resolving issues, following AP guidelines, and identifying process improvements in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; Master's in Finance preferred.
• Certifications listed include Accounts Payable Certification, CAMS, CFA, CFE, CPA.
• German language proficiency (Advanced - C1) required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate invoice basics: supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number/date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements and reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal policies and perform daily audits.
