Lundbeck GBS Krakow is looking for an inspiring Team Manager to lead the Accounts Payable Query team. You will support suppliers and internal stakeholders with AP questions, exceptions and escalations, while driving performance and process improvement across Procure to Pay.

You will oversee a team of 10–16 colleagues and partner with AP Processing, Procurement and Finance to deliver reliable finance operations and a positive stakeholder experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or related finance ops.
• Experience in team management is a plus; SAP FI/MM experience preferred.
• English at C1 level; other languages welcome.

Mansioni

• Lead the Accounts Payable Query team delivering high-quality service and stakeholder experience.
• Drive KPI-based performance improvements and root-cause analysis.
