Job summary

Autoneum Holding AG is seeking an AP Accountant (M/W/N) for a temporary replacement contract in Katowice. Hybrid work arrangement and full-time employment type are offered. You will handle supplier invoices, payment proposals, and AP/GL reconciliations as part of month-end close while supporting audits.

Requirements include at least 2 years in AP, a university degree, strong English, and knowledge of SAP and MS Office. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices in accordance with internal controls
• Prepare payment proposals
• Issue and post debit notes
• Reconcile AP ledger with GL ledger
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Participate in month/year-end closing
• Assist in audits (internal & external)
• Collaborate with other departments
