Job summary

Autoneum Holding AG is seeking an AP Accountant (M/W/N) for a temporary replacement contract in Katowice. Hybrid work arrangement and full-time employment type are offered. You will handle supplier invoices, payment proposals, and AP/GL reconciliations as part of month-end close while supporting audits.

Duties and responsibilities

• Entry invoices from suppliers in compliance with all internal controls and policies
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Issuing and posting claim debit notes
• Reconcile AP ledger with GL ledger
• Reconciling suppliers’ accounts
• Taking part in month and year end closing tasks
• Taking part in the external and internal audits
• Cooperation with other departments

Requirements

• At least 2 yearsof experience inAccounts Payable
• University degree
• Very good working knowledge of English
• Good understanding of accounts payable accounting practices
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office (Excel)
• Highly motivated and full of initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
