Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Manager AI Business Solutions to drive identification, implementation and adoption of AI across the organization. You will bridge business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will own AI initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and defining use cases to implementation, adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI solutions, business process improvement, or similar roles.
• Experience implementing and scaling digital or AI-driven solutions in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI and its practical business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business solutions.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop AI use cases across Customer Experience and Operations.
• Own AI initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Partner with IT, Digital/Data, Legal, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and drive user adoption.
• Define KPIs and monitor the performance and business impact of AI solutions.
• Support the scaling and continuous improvement of AI initiatives.
• Promote responsible AI practices and ensure alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.
