Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Generative AI Solutions Engineer to join the Operations and Customer Experience team. The role focuses on building GenAI-powered data products, real-time customer insights, and compliant AI-enabled applications across CX and operations.

You will collaborate with data, IT, R&D and Legal to design scalable AI workflows, manage data pipelines, and drive adoption through documentation and standardization. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science or related field with hands-on GenAI deployments in enterprise environments
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Databricks in production
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and scale GenAI solutions to unlock real-time customer insights
• Build AI-first data pipelines on Azure and Databricks
• Collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and responsible AI standards
