Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Group Head – Business Solutions to drive an AI-first, product-led transformation across core enterprise platforms. You will design and deliver a seamless digital operating model powered by intelligent automation, reducing friction for employees and delivering world-class customer experiences.

You will lead governance, architecture, and vendor ecosystems, aligning AI strategy with business priorities while building scalable systems and fostering innovation across global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT leadership.
• 5+ years leading large-scale business systems, digital transformation, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Proven experience applying AI-led product management frameworks to automate business processes.
• Deep expertise in ERP, CRM, HRIS, and enterprise platform integration.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Productization & AI-Led optimization of business functions.
• Lead the transition to an AI-enabled, Product-Led IT operating model.
• Define and establish clear Product Domains (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Employee Lifecycle, Financial Core, Customer Care Platform).
• Create structured, AI-integrated product roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct continuous discovery with business stakeholders to identify workflow friction and opportunities for cognitive automation.
• Apply value-stream mapping enhanced by predictive AI to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Embed governance models for product lifecycle management, AI model lifecycle management (MLOps), and performance tracking.
• Strategic Platform Architecture & AI Integration
• Ensure ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and Customer systems operate as a unified, integrated, and AI-orchestrated enterprise platform.
• Drive API-led integration, middleware, and intelligent orchestration.
• Build scalable, modular systems that support long-term growth and generative AI.
• Ensure architecture and AI deployment decisions meet security, ethics, compliance and performance standards.
• User-Centric Operational Excellence & Intelligent Experience
• Lead enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation initiatives.
• Vendor & Ecosystem Management: negotiate with global vendors, optimize licensing and costs, and reduce lock-in.
• Foster AI literacy and change management across the organization.
