Job summary

Dentons Business Services EMEA in Warsaw is seeking a Second Line Support Engineer to provide IT support across the UK and Middle East. You will bridge Service Desk and 3rd Line, guide junior staff, and handle complex technical issues with a strong ownership mindset.

The role requires delivering tasks on time, participating in technical initiatives, and upholding regional IT standards. A hybrid model with a modern Warsaw office is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2)
• 1–2 years in corporate IT (Help Desk/Service Desk/Desktop Support)
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices
• Certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102 are desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide second line technical support for escalated tickets
• Analyze unresolved 1st Line issues and ensure SLA adherence
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with teams
• Support users across Microsoft cloud technologies (M365, Azure)
• Contribute to Knowledge Base and service improvements
• Work shifts 08:00–24:00 with hybrid work options
